According to the recall notice, the Target Home Bunny Sippy Cup is being recall since the ear on the bunny sippy cup can poke a child in the eye area while using the cup for drinking, posing an injury hazard.

According to the notice, the recall involves two styles of Target Home Bunny Sippy Cups. The cups come with handles on both sides in pink and blue, female and male. Each contains a corresponding white bunny head screw-on lid and one bent ear and one straight ear. The cups can be identified by imprints on the bottom: "TARGET 200020683" for pink and "TARGET 200020884" for the blue.

The recalled cups were sold only at Target stores nationwide from February 2012 through April 5, 2012 for $3.

According to GM, this particular recall affects 2011 and 2012 Chevrolet Traverse, Buick Enclave and GMC Acadia vehicles.  Specifically, those vehicles which are registered in 28 cold-weather states are being recalled.  According to federal safety regulators, ice and snow can build up and restrict movement of the wipers. That can make the wiper arm come loose and malfunction.

GM says dealers will fasten the wipers tighter than factory specifications to stop the problem from happening.  GM will send letters to owners and start the recall later this month.

According to the recall notice, the suspension fork's internal support tubes can break and cause the rider to lose control, fall and crash.  This recall involves the following GT, Giant and Trek bicycles with SR Suntour suspension forks. "SR Suntour" and the date code are printed on the back of the fork crown.

The recalled bikes were sold at various specialty bicycle stores nationwide from April 2011 through March 2012 for between $400 and $600.

According to the recall notice, the cribs' drop sides can malfunction, detach or otherwise fail, causing part of the drop side to fall out of position, creating a space into which an infant or toddler can roll and become wedged or entrapped, which can lead to strangulation or suffocation. A child can also fall out of the crib. Drop-side incidents can also occur due to incorrect assembly and with age-related wear and tear.

The recalled cribs were sold at J.C. Penney stores and online at jcpenney.com from January 2005 through December 2008 for between $150 and $400.

This poses fire and shock hazards to consumers.  Ceiling fans with 24, 30 and 42-inch diameter blades are included in this recall. “Westinghouse” is printed on the fan’s ceiling canopy.

The recalled fans were sold at various home improvement and hardware stores, home centers and electrical product suppliers nationwide and online at www.amazon.com from January 2011 through January 2012 for between $135 and $150.

The Merrillville personal injury law firm, Schlyer & Associates, the Aggressive Trial Lawyers, is warning of a recall issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission of about 900,000 Push ‘N Snap Cabinet Locks imported by Dorel Juvenile Group (DJG) Inc., of Columbus, Indiana.

According to the recall notice, young children can disengage the cabinet locks, allowing access to cabinet contents and posing the risk of injury, due to dangerous or unsafe items.  DJG has received 200 reports of locks that did not adequately secure the cabinet, including reports of damaged locks. Of the reported incidents, the firm is aware of 140 children between the ages of 9 months and 5 years who were able to disengage the locks and gain access to the cabinet’s contents. In three of the reported incidents, the children who gained access swallowed or handled dishwashing detergent, window cleaner or oven cleaner, and were treated, observed and released from emergency treatment centers.

According to the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission,  the recall involves Safety 1st Push ‘N Snap cabinet locks with model numbers 48391 and 48442. The model numbers are printed on the back of the product and on packaging. The locks are used to secure cabinets with two straps that wrap around the knobs or handles on a cabinet door. When the product is in the “lock” position, a green triangle is shown through a window on the device. The Safety 1st logo is embossed on the front of the lock. Locks manufactured between January 2004 and November 2010 are included in the recall. The date of manufacture is embossed on the back. The arrow on the date wheel points to the month and the numbers of either side of arrow represent the year of manufacture.

The recalled locks were sold at Bed Bath & Beyond, and other retail stores nationwide and online at Amazon.com from January 2004 through February 2012 for between $2 and $4.

If you have any of the recalled locks, you should immediately remove the recalled locks from cabinets and contact DJG at (866) 762-3212 for a free replacement Push ‘N Snap lock with model numbers HS158 or HS159. When removing the recalled locks, consumers are urged to immediately store dangerous items out of reach of children.

According to the recall notice, the recalled all-in-one desktop computers, or PCs, are flat-panel monitors with the PC integrated into the monitor housing itself. The power supplies are also inside the monitor or PC housing. The computer chassis has a matte black finish with the brand name "ThinkCentre" in the lower left hand corner of the monitor front. The recalled desktop model numbers are M90z and M70z along with the serial number and manufacturing date code can be found on a label on the underside of the unit.  Only certain of the M70z and M90z computers built in this time frame are affected. Consumers will need to check the serial number on their computer with Lenovo to determine if it is subject to this recall.

The recalled computers were sold online at Lenovo’s websites, by telephone and direct sales through Lenovo authorized distributors nationwide from May 2010 through January 2012 for about $500 for the M70z model and $800 for the M90z model.

According to McNeil, the recall was issued as a precaution after receiving complaints from consumers who reported difficulty using the Infants' TYLENOL® SimpleMeasure™ dosing system.  SimpleMeasure™ includes a dosing syringe, which a parent or caregiver inserts into a protective cover, or "flow restrictor," at the top of the bottle to measure the proper dose.  In some cases, the flow restrictor was pushed into the bottle when inserting the syringe.  Children's TYLENOL® products are intended for children two years of age and older and remain available.

The Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm, Schlyer & Associates, the Aggressive Trial Lawyers, is warning of a recall issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission of about 835,000 Tassimo Single-Cup Brewers.  The Tassimo coffee brewers were imported by BSH Home Appliances Corp., of Irvine, California.

According to the recall notice, the plastic disc, or T Disc, that holds the coffee or tea can burst and spray hot liquid and coffee grounds or tea leaves onto consumers using the brewer and onto bystanders, posing a burn hazard.

The recalled Tassimo coffee brewers were sold at various department, mass merchandise and home improvement stores nationwide and on various websites, including www.tassimodirect.com, from June 2008 through February 2012 for between $100 and $250. The Tassimo Professional model was sold directly to hotels and food service providers and they are being contacted directly.

The DOM (Date of Manufacture) can be found on a white rectangular sticker affixed to the side of the seat frame. The recalled Bumbleride Indie Twin strollers are model numbers IT-108, IT-111, and IT-305 with a DOM (Date of Manufacture) from January 2009 through August 2011 sold in multiple colors. The DOM (Date of Manufacture) can be found on a white rectangular sticker affixed to the underside of the handle.

The recalled strollers were sold at Buy Buy Baby and other baby product stores nationwide between January 2009 and January 2012 for between $500 and $700.

According to the recall notice, the fork can crack, posing a fall hazard to riders.  Giant Bicycle, Inc. warns the recall involves all 2012 model year men’s Giant Defy Advanced 0, 1 and 2 model bicycles and the women’s Giant Avail Advanced 0, 1, and 2 model bicycles. “Giant” and the model name are printed on the bicycle. The bicycles are various colors and sizes.

The recalled bikes were sold at authorized Giant Bicycle dealers nationwide from August 2011 through November 2011 for between $3,000 and $4,550.

According to the recall notice, about 55,000 sets of the LED flashlights are being recalled, since when turned on, the flashlights can heat up, smoke or melt, posing fire and burn hazards.

The recalled lights were sold only at Target stores nationwide from October 2010 through December 2011 for about $10 per set.

If you have one of the recalled lights, you should immediately stop using the flashlights and return them to any Target store for a full refund or contact Target at (800) 440-0680 for assistance.

DuPont is in discussions with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency  (EPA) regarding recalling their  Imprelis herbicide.  Details of a product return and refund program are being worked out the Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm Schlyer & Associates is warning.  Schlyer & Associates are the Aggressive Trial Lawyers.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission has issued a recall of certain  LHQM LED Exit Signs with Emergency Lights manufactured by Best Lighting Products, of Pataskala, Ohio the Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm of Schlyer & Associates, the Aggressive Trial Lawyers is warning.

According to the recall notice, the fixtures can malfunction and fail to illuminate in the event of a power failure. This could result in a failure to provide adequate lighting to guide building occupants to an exit in the event of an emergency.

The recalled exit signs have emergency lights fixed at either end with "EXIT" in red or green in the center. The fixtures are installed in commercial buildings, such as hotels and office buildings.

The recalled EXIT signs were sold at authorized distributors nationwide from January 2011 through May 2011 for $100 to $200.

Honda is recalling 2.49 million cars, small SUVs and minivans the Northwest Indiana personal injury law firm of Schlyer & Associates is warning.  Schlyer & Associates are the Aggressive Trial Lawyers.  Don't settle for less.

Honda issued this recall to repair a software problem that could damage the automatic transmission.

The recall includes 1.5 million vehicles in the United States.  For example, globally, the recall affects four-cylinder Accord sedans for the model years 2005 to 2010.

His Honda recall also includes the CR-V crossover for the model years 2007 to 2010 as well as the small SUV Element from 2005 to 2008.

If the software is not updated, the automatic transmission in these vehicles could be damaged if the driver quickly shifts between gears. That might cause the engine to stall or make it difficult to put the car into park.  Therefore, the automatic transmission in these vehicles could be damaged if the driver quickly shifted between gears. Honda said the problems might arise if the transmission were quickly shifted between the reverse, neutral and drive positions. A driver might do this in an attempt to dislodge a vehicle in mud or snow.

According to the news release, Honda will begin informing U.S. consumers at the end of August and noted the software update will take about a half-hour, but the vehicle may need to remain at the dealership for a longer period of time.

According to the recall notice, the bottom rubber tip attached to the pogo stick frame can wear out prematurely, posing a fall hazard to consumers. Also, the end caps on the handlebars can come off, exposing sharp edges. This poses a laceration hazard to consumers.

The models included in this recall are the Disney Hannah Montana Pogo Stick, the Disney/Pixar Toy Story Cruising Cool Pogo Stick, the Disney/Pixar Cars Pogo Stick, the Disney Princess Pogo Stick and the Disney Fairies Cruising Cool Pogo Stick.

The recalled pogo sticks were sold at Burlington Coat Factory, Kmart, Kohls.com, Target and Toys R Us from February 2009 through June 2011 for about $20.

The recalled booster seats were only sold at Target stores nationwide from January 2005 through June 2009 for about $13.

The recall issued by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission affects about 445,000 bunk beds in the United States and 21,700 in Canada.  According to the recall notice, the wooden side rails that run from the headboard to the footboard and hold the bunk bed’s mattress in place can split and cause the bunk bed to collapse, posing a fall hazard to consumers.

The U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission reports the recalled bunk beds were sold at Walmart, Kmart and Target stores and online at www.walmart.com, www.kmart.com and www.target.com from September 2004 through September 2009 for about $190.

To determine whether your bunk bed is affected by the recall, you should check this website which lists the model number and color of the beds being recalled.
