I just got let go from Motawi Tileworks and was told it "wasn't a good fit". I am pregnant. I think that is what they meant by "not a good fit". All of their ideals seem to be quite a crock if you ask me. I was praised for my work literally until the hour before hand. I was let go by them saying "I really like your hair, but unfortunately I have to let you go". What is that? I am an adult, and a professional, courteous, experienced sales and customer service person. I work hard and am responsive to the requests and expectations of management. I am friendly and enthusiastic sharing in activities with co-workers and in promoting the company to guests. I know I was doing an excellent job. I asked for specific reasons for what made the fit not right and they said they could not be specific. What does this sound like?
